• Unlimited communication via email, text and phone

• Scheduled in-person planning sessions, check-in calls /video-chats and vendor meetings, frequency and duration will depend on the length of the planning process

• Crafting the vision for your wedding -- size, style, theme, tone, colors palette, menu, favors, personal touches, etc.

• Managing your wedding budget, including creating spreadsheets and tracking actual expenses

• Suggesting vendors/venues that are aligned with your vision and review all contracts

• Coordinating with and managing details with all vendors/venues, including scheduling and attending all meetings and ensuring final payments and gratuities are delivered

• Invitation and RSVP management

• Creating floor plan(s), seating chart and organizing stationary needs including place cards, escort cards, ceremony programs, etc., including addressing any etiquette questions

• Creating timeline for wedding planning, wedding day, and communicating to family members, the wedding party, and all vendors/venues

• Researching and organizing accommodations for out of town guests

• Organizing transportation for wedding party and/or guests 

• Delivering welcome bags to hotel(s), favors, and amenity baskets

• Managing wedding website

• Organizing rehearsal

• Managing all wedding day activities -- pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception.
